At Toublo, we believe that India's artisans, craftsmen, startups, and small enterprises are the backbone of a truly self-reliant economy. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help these small-scale businesses scale, modernize, and transform into sustainable, thriving enterprises — without losing the authenticity and craftsmanship that make them special.

We bring together deep expertise in dealing with MSME finance, and risk management, healthcare entrepreneurship, and digital transformation to build a team uniquely equipped to support small businesses at every stage of their growth journey — from access to structured processes and capital discipline, to operational excellence, to technology-led scale.

Vinit Lal

Founder Toublo - Vinit brings two decades+ of Fashion, Banking, Customer Financing and Risk Management experience. Having held senior roles including Executive Director at Wells Fargo, Northern Trust, Bank Of America, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, AMEX. Supporting customers, HNIs, MSME financial needs. Post getting his expertise in Global Business Management (IIM Kolkata), he now channels into helping small enterprises build the operational and financial foundations they need to scale sustainably.

Co-Founder Toublo, Owner & Proprietor, Dentakraft Oral Care Clinic Dr. Vidhu is a healthcare entrepreneur with over 18 years of clinical and business experience as the founder of Dentakraft Oral Care Clinic in Bangalore. Having built and grown her own practice from the ground up, she brings a first-hand understanding of what it takes for a small, service-based enterprise to earn trust, deliver quality consistently, and grow into a respected local brand — insight she now applies to helping other small enterprises and craftspeople do the same

Business Architect - Beena is a global business architect and digital transformation specialist having over two decades + of strong focus on social impact and technology for good in India and UK. With expertise spanning digital transformation, blockchain, and strategic implementation, she helps translate big ideas into practical, technology-enabled roadmaps — ensuring that the artisans, designers and small businesses we work with aren't just digitized, but genuinely empowered for long-term, sustainable growth
